My dog ripley has known jacqui since she was a puppy. Now at 16 years of age she still gets very very excited when she turns up at my house to take her for her walks while we are on holiday .

I have 2 Pugs 1 of which is 13 weeks old. I have never left either of them with anyone other than family so this was a big deal for me.
Straight away Jacqui and Mark put my mind at ease. They have such a loving welcoming family and home that I was happy to leave my babies with. Jacqui and Mark both kept me updated on how they were doing with photos and messages as they knew how worried I was about leaving them. My 2 stayed for the weekend along with a couple of other dogs. They both loved it having plenty of attention from both canine and human. They had fun on walks and at home and where more than happy to carry on playing when we came to pick them up. I cant recommend Lounge2Lead enough after leaving my GSD boy with them. Jacqui made me feel at ease straight away and made leaving him there for the first timeas painless as possible. I had updates and photos regularly while I was away and I knew he was in good hands. He clearly had a great time too. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him! Just wanted to say a massive thankyou for looking after my 2 boxer girls the weekend at short notice. It was the first time left overnight with someone else, so I felt a massive amount of responsibility to get it right for them. As soon as I met you and your beautiful home it put my mind at ease. Just picked up my Labrador Alpha today and he looks absolutely perfect. Jacqui is very friendly and experienced, also I can feel that her whole family just love dogs! When I first visited their house I actually thought it's a better place for Alpha than my own! It's very clean, safe and really get the home atmosphere. Alpha was in kennel for few months before, it was not really good experience for him so this time I was a bit worried, but everything turned out amazing! I could always see his pictures from our facebook group and he looked so happy, also Jacqui kept me informed about his behaviour and situation, it's just awesome! I just hope that Alpha didn't make his friends too much trouble as he's such a attention seeker all the time! Will definitely ask for Jacqui's help again!

I was worried about leaving Dudley as I only adopted him a few weeks ago and he was still a bit unsettled, but he was really happy with Jacqui and her family i would definitely recommend her and have no hesitation in sending Dudley to stay again Thank you

Finding a trustworthy and reliable dog sitter for our new pup was so important and all I can say is that Jacqui comes so highly recommended. Just picked up our dog from Jacqui @ lounge2Leeds such a different experience from the when we left our dog in kennels when I was a child and he came back smelly and stressed. blu was happy to see me I think ? But would have been equally happy if I'd stayed away longer, non of that crying all the way home an going bonkers . She just walked in chased the cat an flopped out in her bed. Jacqui has been an absolute godsend and i can't praise Lounge2Lead highly enough. She doesn't just walk the dogs, she cares about them and treats them like family. Lily, my labrador, has been walked in so many amazing places, not just the same place over and over, she gets real stimulation from exploring different environments, including road walks which has taught Lily not to be scared of all the different noises and not to pull on the lead!! Lily always comes home from Jacqui's happy and tired and is always excited when i tell her she's going to see Jacqui for playtime ☺️ Jacqui has always been so accommodating with mine and Lily's needs, giving her medication when needed and being flexible with last minute requests due to the unpredictable nature of my job. She also takes lots of pictures and videos which i love 😍.
I honestly would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jacqui and Lounge2Lead to anyone. Any doggy and their owner would be lucky to have her!!! Lily and i are so sad to see her go and as of yet i have not found anyone who can live up to the service and quality of care she provider. Best of luck in Royal Wootton Bassett!! 🐶🐾🐶🐾🐶🐾

I cannot recommend Jacqui and Lounge2Lead enough. Our rescue, Curley, absolutely loved going to daycare, we believe that this is because he feels it is his home away from home. Curley absolutely knew when it was day care days and would sulk if for any reason he didn't go. As well as being fab with Curley and treating him as if he were her own, Jacqui was also great with us! Being new dog owners, she was always happy to answer any questions we might have about anything. Her years of experience with dogs became so appreciated and valuable to us! Lounge2Lead go above and beyond making sure everyone is happy, both us and Curley. Curley was always tired after day care, mainly because of the extra long walks and the stimulating environments. We enjoyed all the photo updates of Curls having fun with his friends. We also appreciated the flexibility and support you gave us during a difficult time. I am so appreciative of Curley being able to experience your style of daycare for so long, we will miss you so much.

I can not thank jacqui enough !!!!
I have a puppy who is very nervous of adults, he has been going to lounge2lead for the past 6 months and comes home as if he’s never been away which is all down to Jacqui’s love,care and above all expertise.
I also have an older dog who used to go to a kennel, he’d come home smelling and dirty. I am so glad I have found lounge2lead He is looked after as part of their family.
He also comes home now as if he’s never been away,

Dave Cank Could not rate Jacqui Nichols and family more highly. They have treated our Loki as one of the family for the past 2 years.
